"Super easy to use"
I had a smooth time using the site, everything was easy to find and I didn’t have to dig around forever, checkout was quick and didn’t get annoying, and it worked fine on my phone too so overall it was just a really easy experience.

"Pretty handy, but could be smoother"
I like that you can pause your delivery or move the date if you still have rolls left, which is sorta nice because you’re not locked into a schedule. The options are there and it works fine overall. Changing the subscription can feel a little clunky sometimes though, and I wish it was quicker to adjust the amount. Not bad, just sorta wish it was a bit more flexible.

I’ve been trying to make a few more sensible swaps at home, and this toilet paper feels like a good one. "Convenient, but my trust has slipped a bit"
I originally ordered just the toilet paper, but I ended up adding a few other things too, like tissues, paper towels, bamboo rolls, and recycled ones. I do like that they have enough options to make it a one-stop shop without feeling overwhelming. That said, my trust has worn down a little over time, mostly because I’ve started paying closer attention to consistency and whether everything feels as reliable as it did at first. I’m still happy with it overall, but not as confident as I was in the beginning

"Missing tissues and bad timing"
I ordered 48 rolls and two boxes of tissues, but only the rolls showed up. Of course it happened right when I actually needed the tissues, so the timing was frustrating. Support did sort it out in the end, but it took a while and I had to follow up more than I wanted to. Not the worst experience, just annoying for such a simple order.

"Quick help when my order was delayed"
My order didn’t show up when I was expecting it, so I sent them a quick email. They got back to me fast and were really friendly, basically saying, “No worries, we’ll look into it and get this sorted.” And they actually did. No endless back and forth or making it harder than it needed to be. It was a small issue, but I really appreciated how easy they made it. I’d definitely keep ordering from them...

"Good toilet paper, but ordering feels like a bit of a chore"
I've ordered from Who Gives A Crap a couple of times now, and overall I've been happy with it. The toilet paper is good quality, and everything has shown up packed well with no damaged boxes or anything like that. My main gripe is the shipping cost if you're not placing a bigger order. It kind of pushes you into buying in bulk, which makes sense price-wise, but it feels like extra effort to plan ahead and store a bunch of rolls when I just want to restock without making a whole thing of it. Still giving it 4 stars because the delivery has been reliable and the product itself is decent

"I’ve been ordering from Who Gives…"
I’ve been ordering from Who Gives A Crap for a while now, and it’s been solid. The price seems fair, the rolls last way longer than the usual stuff, and I don’t have to keep remembering to buy toilet paper all the time. I mean, it’s not the absolute cheapest option out there, but for what you get, I think it’s worth it. At least for us, anyway.

"Seems septic-safe in my experience"

"Surprisingly Strong for Recycled Toilet Paper"
I wasn’t expecting much when I first tried this recycled toilet paper, but I was surprised. It’s actually really strong and doesn’t fall apart or leave little bits behind, even when I use fewer sheets. I’m happy with this. I remember opening my bathroom cabinet and realizing I didn’t have to deal with all those crinkly plastic packs anymore, which felt like a small but real win. The rolls work fine and I’m still using them, but a few have left behind a little lint or tiny bits of residue. It’s not awful, just something I notice when I’m cleaning up. I still like it overall, I just wish it felt a bit cleaner every time
